The ingredients which are needed are as follows:

• 3 eggs
• 175g butter
• 175g caster sugar
• 175g  flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• Quarter teaspoon salt

First of all, take a large bowl and place the dry ingredients in it. Mix well and pour the liquid ingredients one by one while mixing. Handheld mixture works great for the preparation of this delicious cake, keep in mind to not mix the ingredients too much because the batter should not be beaten more than a couple of minutes.

Butter the cake pan and pour the batter into it, don’t forget to heat the oven prior to placing the cake in it. So, it is better to set it to heat on 180°C prior to start preparing the batter. 

Bake the cake for 45 to 50 minutes and check it with the help of a fork or a toothpick, the perfectly baked cake will not leave any residue on it when inserted and pulled out. After taking it out of the oven, leave it at the room temperature for almost 7 minutes. 

Decorate it if you want to make it attractive for serving at a party, you can use white chocolate by melting in heavy cream to make it delicious. Mixing liquid colors in the white chocolate can make it look appealing as the colors give a chance to adorn the cake as a person wishes. Making a dressing of the cake by mixing butter and sugar also helps in decorating the cake as well as making it taste great. Some people love to use icing sugar for dusting on the cake, which is alone enough to make it look amazing and it enhances the taste of the cake.
